Playing their second match in the championship held in Romania, the national team left the court with a defeat against France without winning a set.
The Turkish Men's National Volleyball Team faced France in their second match at the European Championship and lost the match 3-0.
Match Details
France won the first set of the match played at the BT Arena in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, 25-19.
Continuing the struggle, the crescent-and-star team lost the second set 25-20 and the third set 25-19, leaving the match with a 3-0 defeat.
Status in the Tournament
Having lost their first match to Germany 3-1, the crescent-and-star team also lost to France in their second match in the group.
France had started the tournament by defeating Switzerland 3-0 and made it two wins out of two with today's victory.
Upcoming Matches
Turkey will play its next matches against Switzerland on September 13 and hosts Romania on September 14.
The national team will play its final group stage match against Latvia on September 16.
