The draw, which determined the teams that will face each other in the opening round of the Ziraat Turkish Cup, was held on August 27 at the TFF's Riva Facilities.
Participating Teams and Dates
20 teams from the Transition to Professionalism League from provinces without a professional team and 20 teams from the TFF 3rd League participated in the draw. The matches will be played on a single-leg elimination basis on September 15, 16, and 17.

In the 1st qualifying round, which will be played on a single-leg elimination basis, the 20 winning teams will advance to the next round, and the matches will be broadcast on Atv, A2, and A Spor screens.
