The venue for the 77th International Astronautical Congress, which Turkey will host for the first time, will be the NEST Congress and Exhibition Center in Belek.
Main Theme and Scope of the Congress
The official theme for this year's long-standing meeting, organized annually in a different country by the International Astronautical Federation for over 75 years, has been determined.
At the event, which will be held under the theme "The World Needs More Space", the safe, accessible, and collaborative future of space will be addressed within a broad framework.
Joint Hosting by Institutions
Carried out under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the organization is conducted under the host of the Turkish Space Agency.
SAHA Istanbul, serving as the co-host of the congress, will showcase Turkey's advanced technology ecosystem to international players.
Entrepreneurs and Investors Meet
A special area has been established under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, operated by TÜBİTAK, and in cooperation with the Turkish Space Agency.
The Beyond Orbit program within the Future Space area will bring together startups operating in the field of space technologies with investors and public institutions.
Public Day and Gala Program
On October 9, the final day of the congress, the event will be open to the public, offering visitors the opportunity to get closely acquainted with new technologies.
The symbolic finale of the program will take place with a grand gala event to be held at the historical Aspendos Ancient Theatre on the evening of October 9.
