As companies rapidly deploy AI agents, Reco, which focuses on security vulnerabilities, has announced that it has secured 55 million dollars in new financing.

Developments in the AI Security Market

With institutions beginning to intensively use AI agents, dozens of different startups promising to secure these technologies have started to find a place in the market.

While many companies in the market focus on controlling the data that agents can access or detecting unauthorized uses, the competitive environment is becoming more crowded day by day.

Reco's Repositioning Process

Until last year, Reco offered software for mapping SaaS and AI platforms, but it transformed into a comprehensive structure connecting agents with applications and permissions.

Co-founder and CEO Ofer Klein stated that companies are developing agents too fast to keep track of, and this situation played an influential role in the shift in strategy.

Details of the Funding Round and Participants

In the announcement made on Tuesday, it was stated that 55 million dollars was added on top of the 30 million dollar Series B investment in February, and the company's valuation more than doubled.

Important funds such as Forestay and Quadrille Capital, alongside the venture arm of AT&T, participated in the investment round.

Future Plans and Areas of Use for the Investment

With the new capital obtained, the total amount of funds raised by the company reached 140 million dollars, and annual revenue expectations are projected to multiply.

The newly provided financing will be used for hiring personnel, sales activities, developing partnerships, and strengthening customer support processes.
