Applications for the second term of the STEM Will Be Good for Girls project, carried out in cooperation with Takeda Turkey and SistersLab, will be accepted between September 3 and 12, 2026, and free online training will be provided to female students aged 13-18.

General Information About the Project

Takeda Turkey is resolutely continuing the project, implemented in cooperation with SistersLab Women in Science and Technology Association, in its second year. It aims to empower young girls in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Application Dates and Process

The application process for those wishing to join the new term will take place between September 3 and September 12, 2026. Candidates will be able to easily make their applications via the Takeda Turkey website.

Training Content and Start Date

The second term training will begin on September 14, and within the scope of the program, courses in coding, artificial intelligence, web design, digital security, entrepreneurship, and personal development will be provided.

Successes of the First Year

In the first year of the project, 1,050 young female students from all 81 provinces of Turkey participated in the online training. Important competencies in subjects such as coding, web design, and sustainability were gained under the guidance of expert trainers.
