Within the scope of the Turkey Artificial Intelligence Action Plan, an artificial intelligence assessment system accessible via e-Government and the National Artificial Intelligence Literacy Program are being launched to measure citizens' level of knowledge and direct them to appropriate training.

e-Government-Based Assessment Process

In line with the social awareness objectives in the Turkey Artificial Intelligence Action Plan, an assessment system accessible via e-Government is being established to determine individuals' level of artificial intelligence knowledge.

Citizens who use the system will be able to measure their literacy levels and will be directed to appropriate training programs they need based on the results.

Free Education and Access Channels

The National Artificial Intelligence Literacy Program will be offered completely free of charge and open to the participation of citizens of all ages, without requiring any technical knowledge prerequisites.

While educational content will be accessed via e-Government and EBA, face-to-face workshops will be held in public libraries and community centers.

Targeted Participant and Scope Figures

With the National Artificial Intelligence Literacy Program, it is targeted to reach 1.5 million citizens in the first year and a total of at least 5 million people by the end of two years.

It is aimed to raise awareness among different segments of society regarding the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence and the risks it harbors.

Qualified Expert Training Goals

In addition to literacy efforts for citizens, it is also aimed to develop qualified human resources through expertise programs.

It is planned to train 10,000 advanced-level experts and have 100,000 professionals complete certification programs by the end of 2027.
