Atos and AWS Collaborate to Train 400 Engineers in Agentic AI
Atos, in a three-day intensive program organized with AWS, equipped 400 engineers with the skills to develop practical agentic AI systems.
Atos held an 'AI League' event in partnership with AWS to transform its engineers' theoretical knowledge into practical skills. This three-day intensive training program aimed to enhance participants' competencies in designing and managing multi-agent systems.
Scope of the Training Program
During the event, 400 engineers had the opportunity to develop complex systems using AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and Amazon SageMaker. Participants gained hands-on experience in critical areas such as pathfinding, firewalls, and memory management.
Participant Profile and Technical Process
The technical levels of the engineers participating in the training varied; 5% of the participants were completely new to the subject, while 20% had prior practical experience. The remaining group possessed basic awareness or theoretical knowledge.
Competition and Achievements
In the competition held at the end of the program, engineers were tasked with developing an autonomous AI agent that could navigate a dungeon maze, overcome obstacles, and reach the treasure. James Ponter finished the competition in first place, while Adam Różewicki and Eduard-Cosmin Socol also stood out with their successful performances.
