Businesses, research institutes, higher education institutions, science and technology organizations, and individuals can submit their proposals regarding strategic technology research and development tasks to the Ministry of Science and Technology until September 30.
Details of the Call for Proposals
The Ministry of Science and Technology has officially issued a call for proposals for research and development tasks in the field of strategic technologies under the National Science, Technology and Innovation Program.
It was officially announced through Notice No. 392/TB-BKHCN that businesses, institutes, universities, scientific organizations, and individuals can participate in the process.
Basis of Implementation and Scope
The program in question has been implemented in accordance with the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1493/QD-TTg dated August 6, 2026.
It was emphasized that institutions submitting task proposals are not limited to institutes or universities, and that businesses and individuals can also submit proposals directly.
Proposal Development Scenarios
The task proposals to be prepared are developed based on one of two main scenarios, and the process is carried out within this framework.
The first scenario covers tasks assigned by the Prime Minister as the lead agency, while the second situation involves technologies on the Strategic Technologies List.
