Status in the Global Innovation Index
Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung stated that Vietnam ranked 43rd among 139 economies in the 2026 Global Innovation Index, rising compared to the previous year.
Current Challenges and Expectations
Stating that the obtained results are not yet fully proportional to development requirements, officials pointed out that the proportion of domestic businesses engaged in technological innovation remains low.
