Organization of the Conference
The Gia Van Commune Steering Committee for Science, Technology Development, Innovation, and Digital Transformation held an important meeting on the afternoon of October 5.
Through this conference, the work of the first nine months of the year was reviewed, and critical tasks and solutions for the fourth quarter were determined.

Achievements of the First Nine Months
During the first nine months of the year, many comprehensive and significant results were achieved by the Steering Committee.
All criteria required by the central monitoring system were met, and all villages were covered by internet and mobile networks.
Digital Infrastructure and Services
Digital signatures were successfully distributed to over ninety percent of officials, strengthening institutional infrastructure.
The overwhelming majority of Public Administration Service Center applications were received online, while the document digitization rate was fully achieved.
Implemented Projects
A special smart village model was implemented in Tap Ninh village, alongside the introduction of innovative technological solutions.
The Gia Van Talk AI chatbot, the Smart Monitoring and Control Center, and the NinhBinh-S Digital Citizen application were activated.
Fourth Quarter Plans
The commune administration prioritized strengthening project inspections in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Promoting human resource training, upgrading digital infrastructure, and ensuring cybersecurity are among the other core tasks to focus on.
