Google announced new enterprise customers and partnerships while expanding Beam technology to five new countries, encompassing the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, and Japan.

Global Coverage and Shipments

Google Beam is continuing its global growth, now shipping hardware to customers in six different countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, and Japan.

Hardware deliveries are facilitated through its flagship partner device, HP Dimension with Google Beam, which features Google Meet and Zoom integration.

Internal Test Results and Efficiency

Internal tests conducted within Google revealed that teams using Beam felt 50% more connected.

Additionally, test participants found feedback easier to understand by 33%, and there was a 21% reduction in the need for follow-up meetings.

Enterprise Customers and Collaborations

Partners such as Bain and Company have chosen the HP Dimension with Google Beam system for campus recruiting and candidate interviews.

Early customers of the system include well-known companies such as Netflix and Capital Group.

Expanded Network with Industrious

To increase access for startups and businesses, Google has partnered with Industrious to launch the first Beam extended network.

Starting in October, users will be able to experience this technology at select Industrious locations in Atlanta, Chicago, New York City, and Palo Alto.
