Meeting Held for Technology and Digital Transformation Projects in Dak Lak
Compliance of science, technology, and digital transformation projects with legal regulations and the status of public investments were discussed in Dak Lak.
The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee held a comprehensive meeting to accelerate the implementation of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation projects and ensure full compliance with regulations.
Public Investments and Capital Allocation
Relevant departments and agencies recommended that the Provincial People's Committee allocate a total of 777 billion VND in public investment capital for science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation projects across the province.
Reasons for Project Delays
During the meeting, it was stated that project implementation is still progressing slowly. The reasons behind this situation include changing legal regulations, the limited implementation capacity of local-level units, and the fact that 2026 is the first year in which 3 percent of the local gross domestic product will be allocated to this sector.
Legal Compliance and Instructions
Do Huu Huy, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that all agencies must strictly comply with the Public Investment Law. Stating that funds will definitely not be allocated for projects lacking legal compliance, Huy instructed that timelines be followed, detailed scenarios be prepared, and performance indicators be used effectively.
