The Ministry of Health publicly announced the repeal of two administrative procedures in the field of disease prevention under its management regarding cigarettes. Deputy Minister of Health Le Duc Luan signed the official decision providing for the cancellation of the relevant administrative procedures.
Repealed Regulations
In accordance with the decision, two administrative procedures under Circular No. 51/2025/TT-BYT, which stipulates the National Technical Standard for cigarettes, and Circular No. 14/2026/TT-BKHCN, which regulates methods for declaring conformity with standards, have been repealed. The official codes of the canceled procedures were announced as 1.013896 and 1.013898.
