Ministry of Science and Technology Organized Workshop for Administrative Procedures

The Ministry of Science and Technology organized a comprehensive workshop aimed at developing the professional skills of employees responsible for processing administrative procedures in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

Purpose of the Workshop

The workshop organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology aimed to enhance the professional skills of officials and employees tasked with receiving, processing, and resolving administrative procedures.

Within the scope of the program, topics such as updating new regulations, providing professional guidance, and challenges in the process of decentralizing administrative procedures to local authorities were addressed.

Administrative Reform and Decentralization

In his opening remarks, Do Dinh Ro, Vice Head of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, emphasized the importance of promoting administrative reform, simplifying procedures, and strengthening digital transformation.

During the meeting, the implementation results of Resolution No. 20/2026/NQ-CP were evaluated, and it was stated that the Ministry plans to decentralize 58 procedures from the central level and eliminate 26 procedures.

Ministry of Justice Regulations

Representatives of the Ministry of Justice introduced the new provisions of Decrees No. 309/2026/ND-CP and No. 310/2026/ND-CP to the participants.

These innovations included utilizing existing data in databases to modify application file components and promoting digitalization.

Public Service and Digital Data

During the presentation on the National Public Service Portal, a representative of the Ministry of Public Security stated that the system has recorded over 27 million synchronized profile records.

It was also announced that approximately 6.9 million payment transactions carried out through the system totaled around 2,400 billion VND in value.
