Ministry of Science and Technology Seeks Comments on Legal Document System Reports
Relevant agencies and organizations are invited to review the prepared preliminary report and thematic report drafts and share their evaluations.
The Ministry of Science and Technology has requested feedback from official institutions on the preliminary report and thematic report drafts prepared for the general evaluation of the legal document system.
Institutions Sent Official Letters
The official letter numbered 6826/BKHC-PC prepared by the Ministry has been forwarded to critical authorities such as the Office of the National Assembly, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuracy.
The document was also submitted for the information of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front and various other related agencies, organizations, and universities.
Scope and Content of the Reports
The prepared official document includes details of the Preliminary Report on the Results of the General Review of the System of Legal Normative Documents.
Additionally, it was stated that the thematic report concerning breakthrough development policies in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation has been completed.
Feedback Process
Relevant agencies and organizations are expected to carefully review the two draft reports and formulate their own evaluations and opinions.
According to the schedule set by the Ministry, all institutions are required to submit their comments by September 9, 2026, at the latest.
