Ninh Binh province announces 2030 target for science and technology enterprises
The Ninh Binh administration has implemented a new periodic plan to commercialize research results in science and technology and support socio-economic development.
The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has officially issued the development plan for science and technology enterprises covering the 2026-2030 period. The provincial administration aims to certify at least 50 enterprises by 2030.
Purpose and Scope of the Plan
The plan numbered 308/KH-UBND dated August 9, 2026, was issued by the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province. This plan aims to encourage the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation throughout the province.
It is targeted to accelerate the processes of applying, transferring, and commercializing scientific and technological research results.
2030 Targets
The provincial administration plans to issue Science and Technology Enterprise Certificates to at least 50 enterprises in accordance with the law by 2030.
In addition, at least 10 percent of science and technology enterprises will receive development support through various programs, projects, and support policies.
Consultancy Services for Enterprises
All enterprises in need will be fully provided with the necessary consultancy services regarding application completion.
Eligible applications will be processed in a timely manner, and enterprises will be guided on accessing various preferential mechanisms.
Support Mechanisms and Cooperation
To achieve the set targets, comprehensive support will be provided in areas such as credit, land, taxes, investment, and technological innovation.
It is planned to foster technology transfer, intellectual property, commercialization of research results, database creation, and the strengthening of institute linkages.
