Oppo Announces Android 17-Based ColorOS 17 Update Schedule

Oppo has released a comprehensive stable rollout schedule for ColorOS 17, its new interface built on the Android 17 operating system. This plan, which also includes OnePlus and realme models, kicks off a widespread update process for devices within the BBK Electronics ecosystem.

Rollout Plan and Scope

The update schedule announced by Oppo targets users in the Chinese domestic market. Divided into five distinct groups, the process will begin on October 8 and continue until the end of the year.

The release dates for OxygenOS 17 and ColorOS 17 applicable to global markets and Turkey are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Update Schedule Details

The first group kicks off on October 8 with the Find N6, Find X9 series, along with the OnePlus 15, 15T, and realme GT8 Pro models. The second group covers the Find N5, Find X8, Pad 5 Pro, OnePlus 13, 13T, and realme GT7 Pro devices on October 16.

At the end of October, the third group—consisting of the Oppo Watch X3 series, OnePlus Ace 6, Reno 16 series, and Oppo Watch X2 models—will receive the update.

On November 26, the process will begin for the fourth group: Find N3, Find X7, Reno 15, Reno 14, K15, Pad 6, Pad 5, Pad 4, Watch S, OnePlus 12, Ace 5, Turbo 6, Pad 2, and the realme 15 series.

In the final group on December 26, the OnePlus 11, Ace 3, Turbo 6X, OnePlus Pad, realme GT 6, GT Neo6, Neo7x, realme 14, and V70 series will meet the update.

ColorOS 17 offers a visual renewal with its Fluid Design language while making system animations smoother.

The update boosts system performance thanks to an advanced memory management architecture, while enhancing the user experience with on-device artificial intelligence tools.
