Sports Infrastructure Strengthened in Serdivan: Nine New Fields in Neighborhoods
With a new project launched by the Serdivan Municipality, nine new synthetic football fields are being built across a total area of 6,200 square meters in various neighborhoods of the district.
The Serdivan Municipality has started the construction of 9 new synthetic neighborhood football fields in various neighborhoods of the district to enable children and youth to access sports more easily.
New Sports Areas in Neighborhoods
Within the scope of the works carried out by the Parks and Gardens Directorate, projects are being implemented in the İstiklal, Bahçelievler, Beşköprü, Arabacıalanı, Esentepe, and Çubuklu neighborhoods.
Number of Fields and Area Size
With the completion of the project, the number of synthetic football fields in the district will increase from 5 to 14, and a total of approximately 6,200 square meters of new space will be put into service.
Technical Equipment and Safety
In the fields where synthetic turf is applied, ground infrastructure, drainage systems, protective systems, ball-catching nets, and lighting systems will be included to ensure safe usage.
