President Erdoğan Addresses Youth at TEKNOFEST Southeast

In his speech at the TEKNOFEST Southeast events held at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan drew attention to Turkey's success in the field of technology and the determination of the youth.
TEKNOFEST Enthusiasm Experienced in Şanlıurfa
The Aviation, Space and Technology Festival held at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport took place with high participation and brought together thousands of youth.
This year, over 730,000 teams from 81 provinces and 97 countries applied to TEKNOFEST Southeast, and the total number of visitors approached 1 million.
Soma Mining Accident and Detentions
In his speech, President Erdoğan wished God's mercy upon those who lost their lives in the mining accident in the Soma district of Manisa, and a speedy recovery to the injured.
Stating that administrative and judicial investigations regarding the accident have been launched, Erdoğan expressed that 9 people, including company officials, were detained.
Emphasis on Turkey's Future and Youth
Emphasizing that the qualified works produced by the TEKNOFEST generation are a source of pride, Erdoğan stated that the country's future is in safe hands.
Expressing that the Century of Turkey vision will carry the trace and stamp of the young generation, the President noted that they take pride in domestic production within the defense industry.
