The Ministry of Ethnic Minority and Religious Affairs has submitted a draft of a new circular to the public for review, aimed at regulating the management of science, technology, and innovation programs and eliminating implementation barriers.
Preparation Process and Basis
The draft was prepared in accordance with the Politburo's Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, and aims to address the shortcomings of the former regulations in meeting practical requirements.

It was officially announced that the new circular will not create any additional administrative procedures or costs for citizens and businesses.
