Dr. Pham Dinh Nguyen, Director of the Academy of Science and Technology Strategy, drew attention to the region's large share in the country's rice, aquaculture, and fruit production.
Local Government Goals
Nguyen Van Khoi, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City, stated that high-tech agriculture, the green economy, climate change adaptation, and digital transformation processes need to be accelerated.
