Status and Structure of the Fund
The Hanoi City Science, Technology and Innovation Development Fund will operate as a non-budget state financial fund under the direct management of the Hanoi People's Committee.
Non-Profit Structure
This newly established financial structure will carry out its work on a non-profit basis and will possess legal personality and an official seal.
Account Opening Authorities
The fund holds the authority to open accounts at the State Treasury in Vietnam and at legally operating commercial banks in accordance with the law.
