Seminar on Science, Technology and Digital Transformation Held in Ha Tinh

Organized in collaboration with Regional Political Academy I and Tran Phu Political School in Ha Tinh, the seminar presented practical solution proposals aimed at developing science, technology, and digital transformation in the new era.

Purpose of the Seminar

On the morning of September 23, Regional Political Academy I and Tran Phu Political School held a joint seminar in Ha Tinh on the development of modern science, technology, and digital transformation.

This program was implemented in order to carry out the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee's plan to organize extracurricular thematic courses within the Advanced Political Theory Course curriculum.

Chairs of the Meeting

The meeting was co-chaired by Dr. Truong Bao Thanh, Deputy Head of the Department of Political Economy, and Nguyen Thanh Binh, Head of the Department of Leadership Studies and Public Administration.

In addition, Master Phan Duy Vinh, Director of Tran Phu Political School, and Le Van Dung, Deputy Director of the Ha Tinh Department of Science and Technology, also took part in managing the program.

Key Issues Addressed

Program participants discussed the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in Ha Tinh, as well as promoting the role of local governments at both levels.

In addition, topics such as the promotion of cultural values and personnel work in accordance with the Politburo's Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW were also evaluated.

Challenges and Proposed Solutions

Delegates analyzed the difficulties in implementing digital transformation at the grassroots level and shared innovative approaches and effective models from different regions.

Nguyen Hong Ngoc, Deputy Head of the First Department of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, presented a paper on promoting innovation and digital transformation.
