The National Technology Innovation Fund, operating under the Ministry of Science and Technology, has announced that it will provide financial support of up to a maximum of 3 billion VND per project for artificial intelligence application projects to be implemented in 2026. The deadline for project applications has been announced as October 10, 2026.
Objective of the Support Program
This program, conducted by the National Technology Innovation Fund, covers all enterprises and organizations with legal status that intend to use artificial intelligence technology to create new products, services, processes, or business models, or to improve existing ones.
Application and Evaluation Criteria
Applicants are required to clearly state their objectives, contents, implementation plans, and financial structures. Tasks are examined on the axis of applicability, timeline, duration, and total budget.

Six main areas carry priority in the evaluation: processing and manufacturing industries, agriculture and agricultural processing, health and pharmaceuticals, logistics and supply chains, commerce, services and business management, and state administrative institutions.
Priority geographical locations for implementation include Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Tay Ninh, and other localities where participation is required.
Deadline and Method of Application
Candidates can submit their applications online through the Innovation Task Management System, via mail, or in person at the Financing and Ordering Department in Hanoi. The deadline for receiving applications has been set as October 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
