Visit to Seoul National University
The delegation from Hung Yen province met with officials at the Seoul National University Asian Center on the morning of September 30.
Opportunities for cooperation in training qualified human resources and scientific research were discussed at the meeting.

Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee, stated that they highly appreciate the university's innovative role.
The provincial administration views highly qualified human resources along with science and technology as vital elements for sustainable development.
South Korean Investments
Hung Yen province positions South Korea as one of its key partners in attracting investment.
There are 210 South Korean foreign direct investment projects operating in the province with a total registered capital of approximately 2.9 billion dollars.
Proposed Areas for Cooperation
Artificial intelligence, information technology, engineering, biomedical sciences, public administration, and social sciences are among the prominent areas.
The provincial administration proposed various collaborative steps such as scholarship programs for successful students and expert exchanges.
Academic and Strategic Support
Professor Kim Yong Gyun, Director of the Vietnam Center at the Asia Research Institute, expressed that he finds the cooperation potential extremely valuable.
The center announced its readiness to discuss concrete programs and promote academic exchange in the future.
Healthcare and Robotics Inspections
The delegation visited Severance Hospital, the Gangnam-gi Haengbok Nursing Home, and Meerecompany.
During the visit, experiences regarding the application of robotic technology in healthcare services and care models were examined.
