Strategic Technology Research and Development Tasks Plan Announced

The National Foundation for Science and Technology Development, affiliated with the Ministry of Science and Technology, has announced the selection plan for the lead implementing organization for research tasks in the field of strategic technologies within the framework of the National Science, Technology, and Innovation Program.

Commissioned Research Task

Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to research, develop, and specialize autonomous mobile robot technology for application in urban environmental cleaning.

The selection process for the implementation method of the aforementioned research and development task has officially been initiated.

Budget and Registration Conditions

The relevant organization that will carry out the registration process is obligated to prepare the budget estimation regarding the implementation of the task in accordance with the prevailing circulars.

The conditions sought for organizations registering to lead the implementation of the assigned works and the details of the application dossier are set forth in the relevant legislation.

Application Process and Method

Applications can be initiated and completed online via the STM Online Management System, and digitally signed documents can be uploaded to the system.

Alternatively, paper documents can be submitted to the Foundation directly or by mail through the Single-Window Service Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology in Hanoi.

Application Deadline

The application collection period for research and development tasks on strategic technologies will begin on September 3, 2026.

The application submission process for candidate organizations will end on September 14, 2026, at 17:00.
