Samsung Vietnam's Views
Na Ki Hong, General Director of Samsung Vietnam, presented a paper at the 2026 National Innovation Day stating that technological innovation is the foundation for creating new value.

Policy Implementation Capacity
Edward Lim, Country Director of BLOCK71 Vietnam, stated that Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW provides strong macro-level guidance, but the core issue lies in policy implementation capacity.
Lim suggested that Vietnam should organize innovation support through a seamless process from the idea stage to the market.
