Students in Gürpınar Meet at Science and Technology Event
At a gathering organized through the cooperation of institutions in Gürpınar, Van, students had the opportunity to examine various technological applications and experimental sets firsthand.
In the Gürpınar district of Van, students experienced science and technology using VR goggles and electronic experimental sets in line with the plan of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
Purpose of the Event and Organizing Institutions
The event held in the Gürpınar district of Van aimed to increase students' interest in technology.
The program was implemented in cooperation with the Van Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology and Van Teknokent.
Participating Schools and Student Experiences
Students from Bölmeçalı Primary School and Gürpınar Borsa İstanbul Girls' Regional Boarding Secondary School took part in the event.
The students got the chance to explore various aspects of science and technology.
VR and Electronics Activities
Students had enjoyable moments by experiencing different applications with virtual reality goggles.
Various scientific studies were also carried out using electronic experimental sets.
Experts Conducting the Applications
VR applications were conducted by Van Teknokent Business Development Specialist Mehmet Sezer Altun.
Electronic experiment activities were carried out by Engineers Muhammed Zeki İnanç and Sedat Gözeten.
Gift Distribution and Acknowledgments
At the end of the program, TÜBİTAK's Meraklı Minik and Bilim Çocuk magazines were presented as gifts to the students.
Local authorities and teachers who contributed to the organization of the event were thanked.
