The Tran Lam Ward Party Committee organized a conference to evaluate the targets and tasks regarding the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The meeting addressed the region's economic data and digitalization steps for the first nine months of the year.
Purpose of the Conference
The Tran Lam Ward Party Committee gathered to report the results of implementing the targets and tasks specified in the Provincial Party Committee's action plan and the Provincial Steering Committee's program. Major General Tran Xuan Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Provincial Director of Public Security, attended the conference and delivered a concluding speech.
Institutional and Economic Developments
The Tran Lam Ward Party Committee and People's Committee issued numerous documents for the implementation of related programs. Across the ward, numerous conferences were organized, and party committees and branches completed dissemination activities at full rates.
Within the scope of socio-economic development, production value in the first nine months of the year exceeded 6,000 billion VND, recording an increase of 10.7 percent compared to the same period last year, and budget revenues reached 124.61 percent of the provincial budget.
Technology and Digital Transformation Steps
The region identified the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation as key tasks. All officials and public employees were equipped with computers and digital signatures, and a large portion of government electronic documents were digitally signed.
Administrative procedure records and results were completely digitized, while the MISA iGOV OneAI software began to be actively used in the process.
High-Level Evaluations
Speaking at the conference, Major General Tran Xuan Anh appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the region. Anh gave instructions on addressing current shortcomings, shifting from progress tracking to product-oriented management, and accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital.
