Financing and Valuation
Of the total financing secured, $65 million was provided as equity, while the remaining $5 million took the form of debt financing. With this investment, the company's total market valuation reached $365 million.
Allocation of Resources
The company will use the newly acquired funding to advance its smart ring technologies. Additionally, the capital will be directed toward R&D activities in the fields of artificial intelligence and health technologies, as well as the expansion of operations in India and the United Arab Emirates.
