United States Establishes 'Super Intelligence Force' AI Task Force
A new artificial intelligence working group has been launched in the United States to solidify global technological supremacy and protect national interests.
President Donald Trump has officially announced the creation of a new artificial intelligence working group named the 'Super Intelligence Force,' aimed at maintaining the U.S.'s global leadership in artificial intelligence and protecting American interests.
Purpose and Scope of the Working Group
The newly established AI working group will coordinate federal government efforts to secure the country's global leadership in this field while enhancing the quality of life for American society.
Summit Held at the White House
The announcement came immediately following a meeting at the White House with executives from leading technology companies. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg were also present at the meeting.
President Donald Trump and six companies signed a constitutional text establishing standards for self-auditing their technologies.
Management and Leadership
Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton will lead the newly formed working group. Clayton is also expected to serve as the White House's new AI chief.
The group will also include Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson, Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering Emil Michael, and Office of Personnel Management Director Scott Kupor.
