Hedef Holding announced that, after evaluating changes in current market conditions, it has abandoned its previous decision for a 100% rights issue capital increase.

In an official statement made by Hedef Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was reported that the capital increase decision was rescinded and the process was cancelled.

In line with the new decision made by the company management, it was emphasized that developments in market conditions are being closely monitored.

Details of the Initial Decision

The holding had previously decided on September 7 to make a 100% rights issue capital increase in order to strengthen its equity structure.

Within the scope of this plan, it was targeted to increase the company's current issued capital of 3 billion Turkish Lira by 3 billion Turkish Lira, reaching a total of 6 billion Turkish Lira.
