During the visit, the leaders expressed their intentions regarding reciprocal summit visits; Trump indicated his intention to attend the APEC Summit hosted by China in November, while Xi indicated his intention to attend the G20 Summit in the US in December.
Additionally, it was reported that the US and China militaries mutually agreed to strengthen crisis communication and prevention mechanisms.
