Workshop on Science, Technology and Innovation Held in Lai Chau Province

In Lai Chau province, a workshop titled "Science, Technology, and Innovation - Important Driving Forces for Socio-Economic Development in Lai Chau Province" was held, addressing the core drivers of socio-economic growth: science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

Purpose and Scope of the Workshop

At the event held in Lai Chau province, scientific and technological advancements designed to enhance the region's future growth potential were thoroughly discussed. The province's development targets for 2030 were evaluated in detail during the meeting.

Organized under the coordination of the Department of Science and Technology and the Intellectual Property Office, the program aims to spread the culture of innovation throughout the region.

Participants and Management

Nguyen Tuan Anh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, attended the event, providing guidance and delivering closing remarks.

The workshop was co-chaired by Dr. Tran Le Hong, Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Office, and Dr. Duong Dinh Duc, Director of the Lai Chau Department of Science and Technology.

Innovative Technologies and Projects

Within the scope of the program, innovative topics such as the integration of smart unmanned aerial vehicles with artificial intelligence and the low-altitude economy were discussed.

During the event, a decision approving the early completion of the trial for digital technology application products and services was presented to Vietnam New Era Investment Joint Stock Company.
