In audits by the International Civil Aviation Organization, Turkey achieved a 95.45 percent success rate, proving its capacity in the civil aviation safety oversight system.
Audit Process and Scope
Audits conducted within the scope of the International Civil Aviation Organization's Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme Continuous Monitoring Approach have been completed.
Exceeding the Regional Average
Turkey's Effective Implementation level in all areas of Legislation, Organization, Flight Operations, and Airworthiness surpassed the ICAO EUR/NAT regional average.
High Success in Critical Areas
It was officially announced that Effective Implementation levels of over 90 percent were reached in the areas of Legislation, Flight Operations, and Airworthiness.

Following the conducted audits, the official results obtained were shared with all parties at the closing meeting held on September 22, 2026.
