Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesperson Öncü Keçeli stated that the framework in question will not have any legal consequences for Turkey.
Controversial Geographical Formations
It was stated that the announced framework also covers geographical formations whose sovereignty has not been transferred to Greece by international treaties.
Emphasis on the Athens Declaration
Turkey maintains its stance that an approach consistent with the Athens Declaration on Friendly Relations and Good Neighborliness dated December 7, 2023, should be adopted.
