Official Welcome at Áras an Uachtaráin
Donald Trump proceeded to Áras an Uachtaráin, the official residence of the Irish president, where he was hosted by President Catherine Connolly. Connolly welcomed Trump at the entrance of the building.
The leaders then moved to the state reception room, where, following the signing of the visitor's book, they transitioned to inter-delegation talks and an introduction ceremony.
Busy Schedule and Golf Course Visit
Throughout the two-day visit, Trump will meet with Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin. As part of the schedule, meetings with business leaders will also be held at the ambassadorial residence in Deerfield.
During the weekend leg of the visit, Trump will travel to the region to attend the Irish Open golf tournament held at his own beachfront golf course in Doonbeg.
