The Indian Embassy in Romania announced that there were three Indian nationals on board the ship, and one of them was injured and receiving medical treatment in Romania.
Ambassador Manoj Mohapatra visited the Indian nationals receiving treatment at the hospital, stating that their health conditions are good and that all kinds of support will be provided to them.
