The Indian Ministry of External Affairs stated that the controversies arising from the removal of female staff during the BAPS Hindu group's visit to the Eiffel Tower are entirely a matter between the concerned parties and do not involve their state.
Statement from the Ministry
The Indian Ministry of External Affairs stated that they are aware of the events following the opening of the Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha temple in Paris and the BAPS delegation's visit to the Eiffel Tower.
A Matter Between Concerned Parties
Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal emphasized that the issues experienced at the site were entirely a dispute between the concerned legal entities, expressing that they are staying away from the matter.

Spokesperson Jaiswal also pointed out that Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveying his good wishes virtually for the temple opening constitutes standard diplomatic practice.
