Slovak athlete Jozef Bosansky scored a total of 711 points in the 72-arrow competition held at a distance of 50 meters.
The 50-year-old veteran athlete officially improved his former world record of 710 points, which he previously held.

Not starting the competition as he had hoped, Bosansky collected 352 points in the first half and increased his performance in the second half, registering 359 points.
Focusing on his coach's advice, the athlete managed the process, evaluated each arrow individually, and made a successful comeback.
