Masked Settlers Attack NBC News Crew and Palestinian Woman in the West Bank

In the occupied West Bank, masked Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian woman and an NBC News crew conducting a news interview, resulting in injuries.

The Incident and Settler Attack

In the incident that took place in the town of Jalud, near Nablus, a group of masked and armed Israeli settlers with sticks attacked a Palestinian woman and the news crew.

According to eyewitnesses and security camera footage, at least four face-covered individuals arriving in a gray vehicle attempted to assault them with sticks and threw stones.

Injured Journalists and Conditions

As a result of the attack, NBC News international correspondent Matt Bradley was struck twice on the arm and treated at a nearby clinic.

The cameraman and producer who were part of the crew also sustained various injuries and received medical intervention and treatment following the attack.

Condition of the Palestinian Family and Reactions

Aida Ahmed Abdullah, 51, who stated that they were driven from their homes by settlers, was taken to the hospital by Red Crescent teams and placed under treatment.

Following the outbreak of violence, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his spokesperson Doron Spielman published condemnation messages.
