Pizza costume event in New Haven narrowly misses record

Hundreds of people gathered wearing pizza costumes at an event held in New Haven on Friday evening, but this crowd was not enough to break the Guinness World Record.

Organizers, who broke the record for the largest pizza party last year, this time carried out a record attempt for the largest crowd of people in pizza costumes.

This colorful costume party fell short of the targeted Guinness World Record by approximately 100 people.
