It was determined that the individual, who had entered the country legally, had violated his visa duration.
Reasons Behind the Detention Order
It was reported that Yiannopoulos failed to attend an immigration hearing scheduled for July 22. Following this, an immigration judge reportedly issued a final order of removal against him. The commentator will remain in custody until deportation proceedings are completed.
