Call from Iran to the US Public
General Hossein Mohebbi, a spokesman for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, addressed the US public during a press conference in Tehran. Arguing that the Trump administration's policy in the Middle East has failed, Mohebbi called on Americans to reassess their leaders and take to the streets.
New Sanction Move from the US
Immediately following Iran's statements, the US Department of the Treasury took a new economic step. The department announced that new sanctions targeting 10 individuals and entities, on the grounds that they financed Iran's military supply chain, have come into effect.
Oil Pipeline Back in Operation
Within the scope of regional economic developments, a notable step was taken in Saudi Arabia. The critical East-West oil pipeline, which had previously been attacked, was repaired and put back into operation, entering a process to increase its capacity.
Support from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia
Regarding security developments, a clear statement came from the Pakistani front. Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif explicitly stated that all means will be utilized to defend Saudi Arabia against the Houthis.
Clashes in the West Bank and Gaza
In the occupied West Bank, Jewish settlers staged a protest to prevent a Palestinian family from returning to their home, while four people, including a Hamas commander, were killed in Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip.
