At a time when Ukraine's air defense systems are weakening and Russian attacks are intensifying, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced plans to resume trilateral negotiations with the US and Russia in September.

International relations expert Rajan Menon stated that Ukraine's air defense systems are diminishing and that Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to take advantage of this situation. Although Russia suffers approximately 30,000 casualties per month and struggles to replenish troops, Putin appears determined to pay any price for victory.
US Envoys' Contacts in Moscow and Kyiv
Last week, Donald Trump sent his son-in-law Jared Kushner and special envoy Steve Witkoff to Moscow to meet with Putin. Following these contacts, the delegation visited Ukraine on Sunday and met with Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
