University of West Florida Maintains Its Top 10 Position in U.S. Rankings
Following the release of the 2027 evaluations, higher education institutions shared their achievements in regional categories and special ranking results.

Following the disclosed results, various higher education institutions shared the degrees they achieved in regional categories, their price-to-value ratios, and their social mobility successes with the public.

Southern Region Results
The University of West Florida announced that it has secured a spot in the top 10 among public institutions in the Southern Region for the fifth consecutive year. The university achieved fourth place in the category of best value schools for in-state students.
The same institution maintained its consistent success by ranking seventh in the Southern Region for best colleges for veterans.
Western Region Developments
St. Mary’s University claimed the second spot among best value schools in the Western region evaluations. The university secured twelfth place out of 99 institutions in the region.
The institution also reported significant improvements in its rankings regarding social mobility and supporting veterans.
