Exercise training provided to tradespeople in Düzce through the 'Movement in My Neighborhood' project
The project, carried out by the Düzce Provincial Health Directorate, was launched to encourage tradespeople in Akçakoca to engage in physical activity. During the expert-led event, practical applications to increase mobility in daily life were shared.
