ASELSAN Konya and İŞKUR Sign Protocol for Graduates
A new protocol has been implemented to enable Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School graduates to gain experience in the defense industry.
An official cooperation protocol aimed at training qualified human resources for Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School graduates was signed between the Konya Provincial Directorate of Employment and İŞKUR and ASELSAN Konya.
Protocol Signing Ceremony
According to the written statement made by the Konya Provincial Directorate of İŞKUR, the signing ceremony was attended by Konya Provincial Director of İŞKUR Önder Çiftci and ASELSAN Konya General Manager Serhan Özsoy.
New Opportunities for Youth
Within the framework of the program covering Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School graduates, participants will have the opportunity to apply and develop the theoretical knowledge and skills they acquired during their education by practicing within ASELSAN Konya.
Employment and Qualified Workforce
Konya Provincial Director of İŞKUR Önder Çiftci stated that as İŞKUR, they attach great importance to training qualified human resources suited to the needs of the labor market and preparing young people strongly for business life.
Strategic Contribution to the Defense Industry
ASELSAN Konya General Manager Serhan Özsoy emphasized that qualified human resources are the foundation of sustainable production, stating that with this agreement, they aim for young people to develop the competencies required by the defense industry.
National Competency Move
It was reported that this cooperation approach aligns with the strategic targets for vocational and technical education of the National Competency Move Project carried out under the Presidency of Defence Industries of the Republic of Turkey.
