Emphasizing that real success requires patience, effort, and continuity, Erdoğan said, "However, true success requires patience, effort, and continuity. Instead of young people calculating how to get rich quick, we need young people who are willing to work hard, ready to struggle with difficulties, and eager to put in the effort for big goals."

In the program attended by Isparta Governor Abdullah Erin, SDU Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Saltan, Isparta University of Applied Sciences Rector Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Çatal, AK Party Provincial Chairman Furkan Cem Er, deputies, academics, and students, Bilal Erdoğan was presented with the 'Social Contribution Badge' award by the decision of the university senate.

Touching upon the challenges higher education faces in the age of artificial intelligence and the mission of universities to raise moral individuals in his speech, Erdoğan stated that traditional sports and ethnosport studies aim to preserve identity and culture. Erdoğan also advised students to engage in sports, read books, and learn a foreign language.
