Capital Markets Board Decisions on Metas Gayrimenkul and Fiba Yatirim

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) removed Metas Gayrimenkul Degerleme ve Danismanlik A.S. from the List of Institutions Authorized for Real Estate Appraisal in the Capital Markets. The Board also approved the issuance of bonds and financing bills up to a nominal amount of 1 billion TL by Fiba Yatirim Menkul Degerler A.S.

According to the decisions in the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board, Metas Gayrimenkul Degerleme ve Danismanlik A.S. was removed from the relevant list. On the other hand, the application of Fiba Yatirim Menkul Degerler A.S. to issue bonds and financing bills up to a nominal amount of 1 billion Turkish Liras was approved. It was reported that this issuance will be carried out via private placement and sales to qualified investors.
